I had a mail order tune from Brenspeed on my '05 Mustang, and really like it. I had a JLT CAI and Pypes "Pype Bomb" muffler deletes with an otherwise stock exhaust. Brenspeed was easy to work with and reasonably priced for what I got. I know it's not officially a 13-14 Mustang specific answer...
